Metrologics Modbus Client Read Me

The Metrologics Modbus Client is provided as a Free service application for all those engineers and technicians out there that just want a simple yet robust Modbus master polling routine to test Modbus slave devices.

Metrologics developed this application after having to use many different programs over the last couple decades, and dealing with some good and some really bad programs.  As allways, if there is nothing that meets our needs we develop new solutions to the problem.  We are sure you will find this application extremely usefull when testing Modbus slave devices.

The MBclient application will install on Widnows 7 or Widows 8+ PC platforms.

We are also developing a Modbus Slave simulator, that we feel will be the best  slave simulation application ever. Enjoy.

Notes: After downloading the MBclientSetup.Metrologics.e__ file to your downloads folder, you will have to rename the file with an EXE extension.  Once renamed you can click on the installation routine and the program will be installed on your PC.
